Our in house skilled technicians and engineers are always ready to assist you with any kind of service or repair request for your machines or production lines. Our well stocked inventory of spare parts assures your machines are always smooth and functioning.

Warranty & Support

All our machines are warranted for one year against any manufacturing defects. For electronics parts, the OEM warranty will be entertained. We also offer one year free service warranty for normal wear and tear excluding the parts to be replaced.

Annual Maintenance Contracts

We offer our valued customers AMC for the machine we sell after one year of warranty period. The maintenance contract will cover all the wear and tear parts to be replaced and the labour charge incurred for the same, all at a very nominal cost.

Service & Repairs

Omega Engineering offers the service and support of its highly qualified technicians and engineers for any kinds of service or repairs for machines bought apart from Omega Engineering. We assess and estimate the repairs or parts to be replaced and make sure your old machines are in perfect running conditions.
